Tom responded right away to my initial call. Then came out within a couple hours. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and completed the job within a half hour! We were in a really serious mess over Labor Day weekend with a yellow jacket’s nest breaking though our bedroom dormer ceiling.  Greater New Hampshire Pest Control was willing to come to our home Monday morning. They did an EXCELLENT job and cleaned out the nest and cleaned up all of the mess inside the ceiling and what came out of the ceiling! They treated the outside area, and charged us much less than expected on a holiday Monday. They were prompt, professional, and great to work with. Our experience could not have been better! Highly recommend Greater NH Pest Control! They came out to remove a large bee nest near my roof and, while they were here, noticed several other nests in my garden beds that I hadn’t even seen. They went out of their way to let me know and took care of everything they found at no additional charge. I can't say enough good things about Tom and his team. When we first contacted Tom, we had a pretty serious mouse problem. We had tried other pest control companies first, but they were more expensive and never actually solved the issue. Tom came out right away, quickly identified the problem, and had a plan from the start. It worked. He came back 30 days later to reassess everything, and we’ve been completely mouse-free ever since. We now use Tom for our quarterly pest control services as well as mosquito and tick spraying. I genuinely can’t recommend him and his team enough. Tom at NH Pest Control was fantastic! We had a rat infestation in our garage, along with ants and mice in the house. He was thorough, professional, respectful of our home, and left everything clean. we have a big problem with hornets this year!! we were able to spray enough into the first one but they moved to another location still under our pool deck. we have not been able to enjoy the pool with our dogs because the dogs keep getting stung. fortunately no people have been stung [i have a possible allergy]. contacted GNHPC and they were out the next day. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable, put his suit on and got to work removing all 3 nests. apparently 2 of the nests were Bald faced hornets but the impressive big one was a yellow jacket nest. Responsive, professional, and fairly priced. We had bad active bee issues outside the house late on a hot Saturday afternoon. We sent an inquiry to NH Pest online that evening. I had a large, active yellowjacket nest in my shed and contacted Greater NH Pest Control. They responded quickly, scheduled me for the very next morning, and Tom arrived exactly on time. He was professional, courteous, and explained the treatment process clearly. After removing the nest and treating the area, he provided helpful guidance on when it would be safe to use the shed again, explaining that returning forager yellowjackets would likely be active for the rest of the day and that the area should be given time to air out. I appreciated that he took the time to set clear expectations and answer my questions. The entire experience, from the initial phone call through the completed service, was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Tom & Greater NG Pest Control. Left Tom a message about a swarm of bees entering the deck.  He promptly called back & set 3pm to come out. Tom and his partner arrived on time and took care of a football size nest! My wife and I were so impressed with the outstanding customer service and friendly nature we decided to have him return on a quarterly basis to ensure we are pest free. Tom was on time. He conducted a thorough PROFESSIONAL inspection for termites as required for my wife and I to do a refinancing of our current mortgage.  We were charged $185 — and paid that via credit card right there at the house. I am very satisfied with the inspection. Tom explained everything as well. He competed the inspection with a careful inspection of the exterior of the house itself.  I received the report approximately 2 hours later and forwarded it to my loan company. We had Tom come over to our house after having a scare from an unknown insect, which we thought might be a termite. After a thorough inspection, he concluded there was no active termite or Carpenter ants infestation which put our minds at ease. He even went so far as to crawl through our crawl space which I would not wish upon anyone. The peace of mind was worth every penny and we know what to do should insects appear in our house. We had a great experience with this company. My dad was a small business owner so I'm all about supporting small businesses. You get a great experience with small business owners and they need to be supported more over large corporations. Having Tom, the owner of the company come out for a job is more personable and better quality. Tom was friendly and very knowledgeable.
